i’m not one to idolize hollywood types 

(there’s only so much, “i eat whatever i want!” and “i’ve never been under the knife!” a girl can take)

but rooney mara is in a league of her own.

between her bold fashion choices (nina ricci and prabal gurung, above) and the clean but edgy makeup she’s been sporting

she can do no wrong.

sure, you could say that she’s playing to a character.

but, on some level, don’t we all?
